Confyde prohibits the promotion or advertising of confyde.ai, app.confyde.ai, or any Confyde product or service through unsolicited bulk email or any other unsolicited electronic messaging. This prohibition applies to Confyde employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, and any third party acting on Confyde's behalf.
Marketing email is sent only to recipients who have opted in or have an existing business relationship with us and have not opted out. Every marketing message includes our physical mailing address and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism; opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently. Transactional email (account creation, password reset, notifications) is sent only to registered users of our application. We do not purchase email lists, harvest addresses, or permit any third party to advertise our domains by unsolicited email. Anyone found violating this policy will have sending access revoked and, where applicable, the relationship terminated.
